Migrated license database schema. 4 minutes downtime. Nobody noticed because it was 3 AM EST. We noticed because we were awake.

License activation took 8-12 seconds instead of the usual 2-3. Root cause: Supabase cold starts after idle period. Resolution: we added a keep-alive ping. The ping costs $0/month. This was the most economically efficient fix we've ever shipped.

A release workflow uploaded the DMG with a typo in the filename. 'NetGhoest.dmg' instead of 'NetGhost.dmg.' We fixed it, then spent longer discussing how it happened than it took to fix. The typo has been preserved in a Supabase storage redirect as a monument to humility.
